This request was put in April 24, 2019 regarding new curbing in front of my home that is destroyed damaged within weeks after it was done, due to big heavy trucks driving and parking on it, as they were replacing underground pipes in the street in front of my home. The Director, Engineer responded that they were currently working with the Southern Connecticut Gas to restores it and didn't have a definite time to repair it. The curb is terrible dismantle and during the snow seasons the Public works truck has and continue to make it worse by plowing up on the curb and making it unsafe for people and family members to park in front of my house they can fall and injured themselves by fallen off the uneven curb when getting out of their car. It has been more than 2years going on 3 please give me a definite answer of when the restoring of my curb will be fixed, hopefully this spring. Thank you.

Our sidewalk has been cracked and raised for over 20 years and the town has never came out to fix it, even though our street was repaired.

Sidewalk not even with the rest of the ground. A possible trip hazard. This was possibly due to the root of the tree that was cut down prior to us buying the house.

Located infront of 38 Grandview Ave near the drainage where the street meets the curb the asphalt is sinking/collapsing. Recommend that public works repair it before it full collapse.

The majority of this sidewalk is dangerous PLEASE fix.

This sidewalk has lifted since the Town removed limbs from the very large tree in the median in front of our house. It is now between 3 and 4 inches high. It is also cracked and has caused cracks in the sidewalk square next to it. This sidewalk needs to be replaced. It is a hazard!

Heavy vehicle drove up over curb and onto the lawn, dislodging and breaking the curb. Reported earlier as Guest; posted again under my account.

Snow plow destroyed my curbs at 93 Hearn Lane.

The grassy median on this strip between Mix and Howard is a messy mud pit from parents parking on it for drop off and pick up of students at SG School. The beautiful sugar maples have been slowing dying, cut down and no new trees planted. It's time for nice wooden style guard rails to be put up on both sides to prevent it from becoming a parking lot and preserve this lovely green space. Parents can line up on either side of the street like every other school town wide or better yet, have their kids ride the bus and stop idling cars and polluting the air.
