    Triangle ABC is about a 45-deg right triangle ( legs length are equal)
    If the tree is 50 ft tall, the distance, A to C from the base of the tree to the garage is also 50 ft. In case the tree fall toward the garage, it can possibly damage garage but will surely damage vehicles parked outside.

    A lot of the limbs of the tree, to the right of it’s trunk, have been cut down because it’s leaning & touching the power cables. As it stand now there are more branches on the left side of the tree. So it’s now leaning towards the garage.

    That’s why we are requesting to at least trim down some of the branches that might balance the weight distribution. We are worried if another big storm comes we might have a big problem to deal with.
    Or maybe cut the whole tree down?

    There is a large maple tree outside of my house that is on the Town ROW. As much as I love this tree, over the last 3 years we have watched the quality of the tree decline. Unfortunately, we are now seeing significant bark loss, medium branch loss, and a dying crown. The part of the crown that is dying extends over the off-street parking lane and the eastbound lane. In addition, during high wind storms, which have been frequent this summer, we are seeing larger and larger branches dropping in our yard. We just replaced our roof and I would hate to see damage occur. I have informed the town tree warden on two different occasions and have not received a response. I would like to town to come assess this tree, remove it, and replace it with an appropriate sapling if possible.

    In front of 45 Harrison Drive, there are two large trees. The home owners are elderly and are being contacted by neighbors about cleaning up the leaves from the town trees. The owners do not have the capacity to do this and would like the trees removed.

    The tree is dying. There are several dead, gray sections which no longer grow leaves and the branches have been dropping for some time now, frequently getting stuck in the power lines. We recently had to have a line reconnected after an especially large branch took it down. With the stormy season coming soon, we hope this tree can be taken down before it presents a serious hazard. We recently had an arborist come to our property for a consultation about some trees in our backyard, and during the consultation he told us to get in touch with the town about a diseased/dying tree in the grass median front of our house that needs to be dealt with/removed.     I reported this problem 2 yrs. ago and thank you for your response, but the brush has gotten worse. Is it possible for you to have equipment and take out the brush completely instead of having workers trying to clear by hand? Our properties on Morse St butt up to the rear field on Newhall St, the former Hamden Middle School. The town mow's the field but doesn't mow near our fence. Is it possible for the town to cut down and get rid of ALL the weeds and brush against the fence line for good. This is causing many animals to dig under the fence and into our yards. Also after a hard rain the brush is swampy causing home to mosquitoes. Myself and neighbors at 283 & 287 Morse try our best on our side of the fence to kill the brush from growing.

    Next to the deck of the Playwright Restaurant. Sycamore Tree. The metal grate opening around the tree base is too small and is harming the tree. The grate needs to be removed and replaced with a grate that has a larger center hole. The tree is great. Please do not remove the tree, only remove the grate.
