During heavy downpours a large puddle forms in our driveway. This is from today’s rain, a simple thunderstorm on 09/16/20201. I would like to know if we could install a drain as we are at the end of the little uphill and all of the water puddles on our property. I would also like to know if we could have a barrier built as this dip (which is also on my neighbors property 41 Maher) is caused by parking due to little league games in the neighboring field. We have had multiple instances in which people park on the lawn.

Drain is very small and gets easily clogged. Floods with heavy rain causing danger at this busy intersection.

Water runoff turns to ice and creates hazard. Please moving an existing drain or adding a drain to catch the runoff. This is a safety issue and has stopped mail deliveries which include prescriptions .

The storm drain on this corner is perennially clogged. I logged a report of this nearly 5 years ago and it has never been addressed. With any rainfall, a huge amount of rain collects. Especially concerning during winter given potential for large amount of ice.

West Rock Park is sliding down onto Wintergreen Ave for at least 35 years. There used to be a waterway that protected the road but is not only gone, dirt is on the road. All the trees are leaning and a few have come down over the years. I reported it years ago and the only thing done about it was they drove a truck off the road so the tires made a small channel. Please do something about this.

This culvert goes under Churchill at Brookside. In these pix, camera is pointed South. The culvert on the right (west side) is clogged and will not carry water. Please unclog it. We get really bad flooding. Thank you.

It has been a year since I reported this issue and nothing has been done. All of the rain water from Willard puddles in the front of our home. We need a curb. We need a third drain or repair of the two existing. We need his fixed.

Asphalt around catch basin is braking up. Catch basin needs cleaning

Dead end of paradise ave 1380 needs to be replaced and drainage needs be fix. On right side of road there is a stream 2 to 3 feet wide which freezes over in winter causing a safety issues. This was brought to your attention a while ago and only neighbors up a head on left side was fixed after they said they were going to get a lawyer because of poor drainage. It's been too long it's time to repave and replace and add drainage on this short dead end street
