Massive potholes including one that is multiple inches deep. This is a huge safety hazard. Please fix as soon as possible

Huge pothole, our car tire popped when we hit it.

My mailbox was hit by the town plow overnight on 1/19/26. I will need it repaired by the Town of Hamden or a repair quote paid to fix it.

Driving on Mather Street in Hamden this morning Monday, March 9, 2026 several potholes, very deep and popped my passenger side front tire.

Multiple, extremely hazardous potholes along this stretch by the lake. There is one in particular that makes this area very dangerous for vehicles.

While driving on west on Benham approaching the light at the intersection of Mix there are a series of dips in the road that jar a vehicle quite badly. One has to move to one of the other lanes to avoid it, and it's hard to notice it until too late. High potential for vehicle damage or an accident.

Absolutely insane that all these pothole have been left unattended for months! There’s no way to avoid hitting it because it stretches both ends of the road. Definitely have to avoid this spot because it will destroy your car or cause personal injury for bike riders. Pathetic city work effort, just fix it!

Potholes on curves next to the lake, it will cause an accident

Potholes are enlarging on this stretch and now unavoidable in the eastbound direction. Today I lost a tire due to this. Driving along this road is excessively dangerous due to drivers' attempts to avoid potholes right where curves and road grade create blind spots.

It's clear this has been reported numerous times before and the city is on notice about the dangerous conditions, and chooses to do nothing. The road was barely passable before the winter and now is impassable.

My car sustained damage. Your inaction will lead to an accident and possibly someone's death. Do something.
