How long does it take to line on half mile stretch of road on Mix Ave. Between skiff st. and Benham St. This is pathetic, higher taxes and nothing gets done. What was once a great town to live in, is now an over taxed crime ridden haven for any undesirable who wishes to take advantage. Thanks Mayor and town council. I give you an F for your efforts

A tree fell and is weighing down these utility cables along the Farmington Canal behind the Save A Lot plaza in Hamden. This is just past the 2M mark heading north.

This pole in front of my property 266 Lane st has no street lighting at all , can someone please help me out. At night it gets really dark and the other day my front neighbor got his catalytic converter stolen from his car and was hard to notice . We are trying to get this issue resolved asap. Yesterday, 4/9, I went for a walk as usual on the Farmington Trail starting at the entrance near Town Walk on Hamden Hills just before the bridge. When I got to the bottom of the path leading to the main trail, I noted a camp site directly under the bridge on the north side. There was a tent, a shopping cart full of stuff, what looked like clothing and other items hanging along the fencing. I do not feel safe bringing my child or walking alone if we are now allowing homeless people to camp directly on the side of the trail. If this issue is not addressed, I fear it will only encourage additional homeless folks to camp along the trail (I have seen others in the area behind the Hamden Middle School) in the recent past. Not only is it illegal, but there are other issues that result. For example, urination/defecation in public and I to a water supply, trash dumping in and around these areas which also enters nearby water supplies, and general health and safety concerns. I feel this issue is getting worse and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Thank you.

Broadmoor has added new utilities charges in isolation of my current lease agreement. Office manager Heidi Melvin telephone number 203 287 1546 agreed it was illegal and claims it is corporate decision. Also from July 7th to July 12th in our 6th floor building no air conditioning. At least two Tennants hospitalized. One currently at yale.

When is this car going to be removed from the street???

I have been submitting a request to repair the small section of sidewalk for almost 2 years now. This was damaged during the August 2022 tornado. I keep being told it is slated to be repaired but it never is and cause pedestrians to walk into the road along a sharp dangerous corner. Also, ongoing issues with general maintenance along the road in terms of grass mowing, litter control, and tree trimming has been ongoing and I am tired of submitting complaints about it. Up until 2 years ago our roadside was very well maintained. What has changed? It is poorly done when it is done and they run over trash instead of picking it up. I regularly pick up trash but I myself can not and should not have to do it all. My tax dollars should include basic services. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I really would like to have this addressed soon, the massive amount of SPEEDING CARS that use our street as a cut through or for what ever reason is really ridiculous... I am sure your aware of the fatal crash that happened on last Friday that involved my neighbor across from us that has lived on that street well over 40 years. I am pleading that speed bumps be put on our street and a patrol presence be posted someone to control the speeding... There have been several near mishaps this year that have increased not to mention the side swiped cars along our street. I really would like to see something be done sooner than later. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this real concern.

Degenerates at 261 have been permanently parking truck and a trailer on Public Right of Way. They have completely blocked the sidewalk and the trail. No motorized vehicle allowed on Public Right of Way. We cant use the sidewalk or the right of way. This is the same Ahol that covered it in mud. Send police or get these two to become civilized. I want this sidewalk and Public Right of Way OPEN. OR I WILL SUE THE TOWN.
