Please do something about the people that are parking all along this street not in the marked spots. They are parking as far back as 4 unmarked spots from the corner of Newhall and Mill Rock Rd making it very hard for buses to turn the corner. This morning an illegally parked vehicle decided to make a u-turn in front of a vehicle making a left hand turn with a green light from Newhall street to Mill Rock and then ran the red light that she had. Further up the street, just after the cross street there are usually 3 cars parked where it is only marked for one vehicle making it very hard for people to make the turn off of the cross street. The worst of it all is the Brown sedan that is almost always parked on the sidewalk on the side of the street where there is no parking. He blocks the entire sidewalk so that it is impassable.

The curved stone wall with the PARADISE PRESERVE plaque located on Autum Ridge at the intersection with Paradise Avenue is in need of repair.
One very large stone has fallen out of the colum in the upper left corner.

A broken branch is hanging on and weighing down a communications cable attached to a utility pole at Whitney Avenue southbound and Waite Street, just behind the bus stop sign.

Are the requests that are dated 2021 that are Acknowledged and Open still not resolved?

Police request to monitor drivers NOT stopping for stop sign at West Woods Rd. and Eramo Terrace.
Drivers just don't stop for this sign.
Some don't even slow down.

Hamden has a large feral/community cat population.
After reaching out to the animal control and various TEAM, WTLI, TNR programs; it is nearly impossible to have no/low cost spay/neuter programs.
Can a person on fixed income afford to pay $200+ to have a stray fixed? NO.
Meriden has a program for their residents at no cost associated with Veterinarians in their town to control the population.
Why does Hamden not even have our own facility? Everything is geared to dogs.
This is unacceptable at our high taxation level that we have no solution for this problem.
Currently, in our area, we have several community cats reproducing at an alarming rate!
Nothing is done to protect their health or population in Hamden.
Shame on Hamden!!!

Restaurant bus behind Dunkin' plays loud music from before noon until 8 or 9 PM. several days a week.

There is no heat or hot water being provided by the rental office of Broodmoor apartments to the entire 650 building.

MRS. MAYOR, WOODIN STREET NEEDS YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!! THERE ARE SO MANY POTHOLES. IT IS BY FAR ONE OF THE LONGEST 2-LANE STREETS IN OUR CITY. IT HASN'T BEEN REPAVED IN YEARS. THE SIDEWALKS ARE IN DISREPAIR. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY FRONT SIDEWALK REPAIRED AND THE DRIVEWAY FIXED SO THAT THERE IS NO DROP WHEN YOU APPROACH WOODIN STREET. THE ANSWER FROM THE TOWN: YOU'RE ON THE LIST. FRANKLY, I DON'T GET IT. OUR ASSESSMENTS AND TAX RATES ON OUR PROPERTY KEEP RISING WHILE THE SERVICES FROM THE TOWN KEEP DECREASING. ARE YOU THE MAYOR THAT WILL SWIFTLY RESPOND TO THIS PROBLEM? I CERTAINLY HOPE SO AS THE NATIVES ARE BECOMING FRUSTRATED AND RESTLESS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST!
