    I see there is an open issue with speeding down Eramo Terrace.
    What is being done about this?
    Nothing!
    Still the same issues as last year.
    Stop the speeding! Stop the parking on the street! Stop the truck thru traffic!
    We pay a lot of taxes...put some of those $$$ to work on Eramo Terrace.

    Student housing: Students have left and there has been a couch and trash on hhe front lawn for months! Trash, etc always on the property!

    Students parking illegally on the street making it difficult for school buses and cars to pass through. Landlord doesn't keep up with the maintenance of the property.

    Quinnipiac University construction workers have taken over Clarks Pond parking. There is only room for 4 cars as it is but now the construction workers park there all day long. I just want to enjoy the pond and be able to park off the street. I thought QU said the contractors would be parking off site?

    Students have turned Mount Carmel Ave into a new Parking lot. Parked along both sides of the road directly under No parking signs. Each day seems to get worse. First sleeping giant now the sides of the road? Tickets and tow trucks maybe eventually they will take a hint

    Quinnipiac Construction workers parking all over Sherman Ave Ext as well as Clarks Pond all day long. None seems to care. I have called the school who advised that it is a public street they do not have jurisdiction over

    Welcome back QU students!
    Again, we battle student drivers in our community.
    West Woods Rd/Eramo Terr stop sign. No one stops at that stop sign. It needs to be resolved.
    Speeding cars down Eramo Terr need to be stopped.
    There are no sidewalks and is dangerous to walk or cross the street to get our mail due to speeding traffic.
    Please help our neighborhood.

    Multiple cars exceeding student housing limits. Cars parked on the street and making it impossible for school bus and cars to pass because not only theirs but directly across! It's a narrow road. Student housing shouldn't be allowed!
