Tree was removed by the town. The stump was removed by the people who did the new sidewalks. They left this large root above ground causing a tripping hazard.

The corner of this fence is too high and we can't see over or past it. I know you have to stop at the stop sign and ease your way out but, your vehicle is just about half way in Woodin St before you can see around the corner of this fence. They need to replace this corner piece so people can see down Woodin St without getting hit. Also, due to this people are turning from Woodin St onto Murray are making smaller turns because you can't if a car is at the stop sign causing almost accidents at the stop sign

My Ride needs to stop using the Amble app and find some other way for their clients to schedule and confirm their rides. I scheduled a ride home for November 20, at 7:30 pm. I got a call the night before to confirm, but I only noticed while I was waiting that the app said my ride was for the night after. At the time, their office was closed, so I couldn't call and ask. I decided to take the bus home instead. I later scheduled a ride to and from another location for December 14. This time, it said my ride there was correct, but my ride back was for the 15th. I called them earlier to confirm. Apparently, both rides were scheduled to pick me up on the 14th, but the app had the wrong date! This isn't the first time I've had problems with the app. I've tried complaining to GNHTD before, but they just tell me all they can do is forward my concerns to the company that makes the app. Once, I even tried emailing them myself. That was more than a year ago, and they never got back to me. The app has a 1.8/5 star rating on Google, so clearly, I'm not the only client who's had problems with it. Considering that the people who use this app are primarily senior citizens and people with disabilities, I find it ironic that we are forced to use technology that doesn't work because we don't have a choice.

    Sincerely,

    Charles from New Haven

Uncut grass. Trash The renters in back are cutting their grass. We have asked nicely on a few occasions and they say I got you but it is still not cut. Mice are starting to occupy the area and this has never happen before.

A van parked on our street with Pennsylvania licence plate.
Neighbor called police about van. Was told that it was not registered and the owner reached and lives in a condo and can’t park it there. So the women who lives in the house across the street let him park it there. The police stated the Mayor don’t like it towed will anger neighbours. Well it is angering me I am a neighbour and it should be towed. Also this women across the street from me does not take care of her property moved in April and maybe cut her grass about 3 times this season.

Regarding this dead tree that stands as high as my condo home. It has branches that lay against the outside wall of my condo. And, the dead lengthy brances hovers over my deck where I should be able to dwell at will. The winds that are frequent within all seasons allow chips and various sizes of dead branches to take flight.

I have been struggling with various hazardous conditions since my purchase of this condo in 2021. And, I have presented the hazardous condition to the manager at Hamden Hollows Assoc. Ms. Rosa Hill at:
    Csm Property Management LLC ·
    24 Nicholas Drive · East Haven, CT 06512 · (203) 469-1808.

This is the second tree that has threatened my safety and caused faults to my property and health. This became so cause Ms Hill was slow to adhearing the issues that I was subjected to every day in addition to whenever it rained or snowed.

Now, this second tree of a remaining issue of its poor condition is now escalated. Tree now threatens my safety of its flying dead chips and branches. Which is on a daily basis to my dwelling area, such as my deck and grounds from which leads to my garage entrance of my condo.

All seems to not present any alarm to Ms Hill and possibly of the board she presides. I have been assertive in emailing her with pictures and factual reports of why and how this tree is very hazardous. As well as these flying dead branches being a breeding ground for insects and diseases.

Of which the knowledge of should be prevalent to management that governs such landscape that is considered common property on commond grounds. Especially when it threatens property owner(s) health, safety, and dwelling.

I also like to present that I can not be subjected to another threat to my life having sawdust, causing me to suffer 13 days of asthma attack. Due to not making sure the sawdust be left behind of the pine tree removal. That pine tree of its ongoing dead drops of pine leaves caused the drain in front of my garage to flood and generate mold spures inside my garage. This garage is attached to my condo and had an unusual shared venting into my home.

Essentially, the poor response and delay of being proactive, which was based on Ms. Hill claims that never these conditions were reported to her before. Yet, they exist and have cost me greatly between unwanted hazardous conditions, damages, time from work due to being ill, and managing these hazardous conditions.

I imagine based on the facts that decaying trees cause poor landscape structure and compromises the upkeep around the landscape that the condo dwells upon. Yet, management is already facing similar issues with the lack of necessary up keep with a pond that has never been managed over 30 years, which is the ouline of our condo community.

I am asking that these conditions be presented to management as the rule of safety and health protection. Rather than management, the sole concern of when or who reports what should be proactive if not addressed immediately.

Next to the Pump Station on Worth Avenue, there are some very large trees (Sixty Foot Pluss) that are totally dead and ready to come down. If/when they do come down, they will probably take down the primary electrical wires that feed the Meadowbrook Co-op Units that are across the street. They will also compromise the electrical vault that feeds the Pump Station.

A very large limb has fallen already and is partially on the sidewalk next to the Pump Station also. Speaking of the Pump Station and the closed swimming pool that the town has acquired, the liner is now covered with water, growth of weeds and much debris. Now the water is starting to give off a very bad order and attract vermin. Public Works has done their best to secure the pool buildings and entry points, but this vacant pool site is just an accident waiting to happen and let’s just hope that kids do not attempt to get in there again. Please address both of these concerns as safety issues that could lead to major litigation actions!
Thank you again, especially to the Public Works Crews for doing their best to secure this major concern. Please do your best to expedite these safety concerns!

    Respectfully,
    Bob Freeman
