    This vehicle has been parked for long time, it has a flat tire and staff inside. Nobody from the neighborhood knows about this vehicle, apparently it has been left after the tenants had been evicted from the property in front of where is parked. Besides that it's close to the fire hydrant. Please report to the entity who can take care of this and proceed as it's in the ordinances.
