    We recently moved into our house at 3321 Sawyer Drive and are requesting repair of an item that came up on our inspection report. The alley corner behind our house is completely deteriorated and damaged due to the garbage truck repeatedly running over the edge of the pavement. As the pavement has deteriorated, it appears as though the garbage truck has since maneuvered the area by driving in the edge of our yard. This has damaged our yard and cut our underground sprinkler system line. We would like to request repair of the road, our yard, and the sprinkler line. If possible, we would also request a concrete or other type of edge barrier to prevent this from occurring again.

    Back in 6/20/2023 I had opened a request asking Amwaste to no longer use their large truck to drive down our driveway. For a short time they started walking down our driveway. Then they went back to driving up and down again with the large truck. They have a smaller F150 or F250 that is fine but they have only used it once. Driving the large heavy truck up and down our driveway has finally cause our driveway shoulder to start crumbling. When I initially reported it the damage was just a crack. Now it has started to crumble.

    Amwaste trash collector in disrepair. Hydraulic fluid puddles at each location it picked up trash and runs both up and down road. The few pictures I could attach are only a small representation of what’s happening. Bad for environment and aesthetics. This has been a regularly occurring issue. What kind of safeguards are in place to make sure that the equipment being used as properly maintained?

The resident said that this was not an issue until about 6 months ago, and not it happens frequently when he has limb/bulky item pickup. He wants to find a solution because he said he keeps having to put sod down to replace the grass that is destroyed during pickup.
