    Pothole has been previously patched, but the patch is uneven and is higher than the rest of the road surface. Now the patch is crumbling, which is creating a large hole and bump in a sharge curve in the road. Needs to be repaired. Some drivers move into the oncoming lane in the curve in an attempt to avoid the pothole/patch/uneven spot.

    Someone (I believe Charter/Spectrum) came out and buried a small black cable for a neighbor. They left mud all over the street that is tracking up my driveway to garage. I got on Spectrums support site the other night and made a complaint, they said someone should be out within a week. So far no one has come.
