    I'm reaching out to notify the board of drainage issues in around our patio at Unit 560. Any time it rains, water seeps onto our patio from the surrounding areas. My concerned this may cause long term issues with the structural beams on the patio.

    I've attached some photos showing the standing water following a day after a rain. I'm hopeful the association can help with these repairs. If this is an owner responsibility, please let me know so I can get it fixed.

    Coordinate with the owner Damond Dunlap to investigate missing fire break and vent issues:
    1. Restore the fire break in the attic. The sheetrock might be 5/8" and not the typical 1/2".
    2. Correct the problem with the dryer vent stack where it goes through the roof. If needed, have Sentry Mgmt contact the roofer if you see the exterior vent needs replacing.
    3. Where the roof line meets Unit 558, verify that the exterior wall studs were not cut during the concrete siding install (e.g., similar to unit 708).
