    Create swale/ditch on east side of Austin Dr. from just south of Driveway #145 to the crossdrain area.
    Create a swale as much as possible along the west side of Austin Dr, from the new driveway down to the crossdrain area.
    Clean out crossdrain inlet area.
    Rebuild shoulders @ crossdrain. Look to utilize concrete or other structural materials in order to rebuild the eastern shoulder at crossdraain pipe outlet /add collar.
    *Create ditch from crossdrain through the wooded area to the natural existing ditch flow area; Approx +/- 350' from EP or distance as needed.
    *Right of entry is currently being obtained for all off-ROW work.
    *Off-ROW work shall be performed during dry weather period to avoid equipment damage.
