Private Property and Code Enforcement PIU

My neighbor is directing his run-off, drainage toward my property, and it's destabalizing the land between our homes. He's also directing run-off from his food truck towards our property, and I have the same drainage concerns. I'd like someone from the city to come out and see if we can resolve this issue, and make sure he's following proper drainage protocol and any other regulations.

was there since july first week

There are too many vehicles of all descriptions parked on 14th Ave NE between Forest Park Drive and the dead end. Several are hanging out in the roadway, reducing its width and visibility by 60% or more. One 40ft box truck is within ten feet of a fire hydrant, and vehicles have a near-impossible time getting through the congestion. It looks like a curbside wrecking yard. Far too many vehicles are parked on a very narrow right-of-way, right at the bend I have indicated. Thank you!
