New Haven: Internal PLUS

Every week furniture and bags of trash are put out on tree belt close to a week before trash pick up is due. The bags are ripped open spilling out trash and makes it way onto the side walks/street and other properties. This the condition after the trash pick up this morning. LCI needs to visit the landlord to ensure proper dumping of big items and when trash should go out. This has been happening for the last few months causing blight to the neighborhood.
