Martinez School playground and adjacent parking lot are full of garbage

This is not for a building there is a manhole in the single lane that curves around the Broadway parking lot on the Dixwell/Goffe/Whalley Ave side. The pavemet around the manhole is sunk down and is making a pothole situation road hazard. I took a screenshot of the area on satellite view, the hazard is under the pin.

This drain/pipe hole is not securely covered. In the hooked school play area.

There is a coffee can sized circular hole in the street in front of the apartments at 39 church It looks like there should be a metal covering over it but it's missing The hole seems pretty deep and that a covering should be there.

Pole coming out of the sidewalk on Chapel about 35 feet before East Street . This is on the right side if you are going west. Someone can trip and fall.

The fence around the playground is broken. In one area held together by yellow wire. In another area, because the gate is locked, fencing has been broken to allow kids in, though adults hit their heads on the fence upper cross bars. Both need to be fixed, please. Thank you.

The pathway at Black Rock Fort has always had a drainage issue, but it has gotten much worse. For the past several months it has been flooded regardless of the weather. It's full of algae and fuel slicks, and it's very slippery/dangerous to walk across -- and there is no other way to get through there. I believe this land is in a trust, so perhaps this is a private property issue, but either way the fix is long overdue.

Have told NHPA quite a few times and nothing has been done.

Its been two years and when raining you cannot walk out of lot unless you tread water.
Multiple spaces are unavailable for up to a week afterwards leaving no spots left when lot is full.
