    The pathway at Black Rock Fort has always had a drainage issue, but it has gotten much worse. For the past several months it has been flooded regardless of the weather. It's full of algae and fuel slicks, and it's very slippery/dangerous to walk across -- and there is no other way to get through there. I believe this land is in a trust, so perhaps this is a private property issue, but either way the fix is long overdue.

    Flooding in NHPA Lot 131.
    Have told NHPA quite a few times and nothing has been done.

    Its been two years and when raining you cannot walk out of lot unless you tread water.
    Multiple spaces are unavailable for up to a week afterwards leaving no spots left when lot is full.

    Why is this school like this? There is no reason why kids should be going to school breathing this type of stuff every day. There is no reason that this school should look like this and when people start taking kids out of school, it’s gonna be a problem. this is a health problem, mold in the hallways, dirty water and trash cans leaking from the ceiling city of New Haven are y’all crazy people do not have to send these kids to school these conditions
