New Haven: Internal PLUS

This school has multiple signs down at the entrance of the parking lot and around the parking lot due to vandals or snow plow damage. Work orders were put in, but none have been replaced or fixed. The school needs new parking lot lines, too. TTPD has not been contacted.

The door on a shed/shack/storage room at the Barbarito/Marone field was broken open directly across from the driveway at 50 Mitchell Drive.

I have had it with this Bull. Today a landscaper came to cut my evergreen and stopped in his track because they are covered in POISON IVY that is coming from the BOE property. The poison ivy has again taken over the fence from the back yard to the front yard. I have lived here since 2002 and I am in a constant fight with the City and BOE about is responsible for the maintenance of their property. While I the tax payer have to pay taxes and get the bare minimum for my tax dollars. Stop passing the buck City and BOE representatives because if me or my children gets poison ivy. I will be suing the City and the BOE. Enough is enough I am sick of your bull.

The basketball court has been in unusable disrepair for years. Please fix asap there is nowhere to play in the neighborhood and the broken hoops are mocking me

Could you please clear some snow off the running track, a lane or two?

There are rats running around on Fort Hale Rd and Hall Street. Today I finally found out where they're coming from. The Airbnb house on 550 Fort Hale Rd. They have loud parties with crowds all the time and the trash doesn't get emptied. It just stays there on the property until someone puts it out to the front. Sometimes it stays there for a month and just keeps piling up because there are parties there all the time. The neighbors have all seen rats in that trash. And also on their properties. Either this gets fixed immediately or I am going to call WTNH.

This is unsanitary and also just looks gross. Please address with homeowner. Thank you.

Porta potty on the side of the condos for over a week now I have not noticed any workers or construction going on so I assume it is the end condo unit that has all sorts of furniture tents and other things out there This can't be good for the health of others or legal

66 Norton Street managed by Concordia Properties - Kate Usovich, is infested with rodents! There are rodents in all of the apartments-vacant and occupied. These rodents are comfortable around people. Even if you don't leave food out for them they will run through your home because the landlord does not properly clean the buildings exterior. The trash area is overflowing and has constant critters roaming around it. A rodent ran through my bedroom this morning at 6:42am as I was praying. Then another rodent at 7:02am ran through the kitchen when I tired to remove laundry from the washer. No part of your home is safe. These rodents have also brought in fleas. It's disturbing and the landlord does nothing about it!
