    Raccoons and squirrels can be seen coming and going.
    This is a health issue for the neighborhood as these animals are finding and easy place to live.

    This is not the first time this house has been reported.

    This vacant home which is in very poor condition, there are over 20 to 30 cats that are being kept by a middle age Hispanic female that feeds them on a daily basis. The cat community in this house has increased so much that has the potential of a health hazard. A solution has to be found. Also this property needs to be demolished once snd for all

    Thick tree branches are really low above the sidewalk by 438 Whitney Avenue. I am 5' 6" and have to duck to walk under them. Now that it is dark more of the day, someone could easily hit their head on them, especially if they are running. I assume the branches could be trimmed without damaging the tree.

    The plants around the tree on the sidewalk have been overgrown across from JCD since the summer. Is the owner of that building responsible, or Parks? I'm wondering if someone can go by and and manage that, so the JCD community and neighborhood are taken care of.
