    This is not for a building there is a manhole in the single lane that curves around the Broadway parking lot on the Dixwell/Goffe/Whalley Ave side. The pavemet around the manhole is sunk down and is making a pothole situation road hazard. I took a screenshot of the area on satellite view, the hazard is under the pin.

    The fence around the playground is broken. In one area held together by yellow wire. In another area, because the gate is locked, fencing has been broken to allow kids in, though adults hit their heads on the fence upper cross bars. Both need to be fixed, please. Thank you.
