66 Norton Street managed by Concordia Properties - Kate Usovich, is infested with rodents! There are rodents in all of the apartments-vacant and occupied. These rodents are comfortable around people. Even if you don't leave food out for them they will run through your home because the landlord does not properly clean the buildings exterior. The trash area is overflowing and has constant critters roaming around it. A rodent ran through my bedroom this morning at 6:42am as I was praying. Then another rodent at 7:02am ran through the kitchen when I tired to remove laundry from the washer. No part of your home is safe. These rodents have also brought in fleas. It's disturbing and the landlord does nothing about it!

Dead mice in the walls of the apartments are attracting more mice. It's also leaving an unpleasant odor in the apartments that are making tenants sick

The property smells like sewage. Customers haven been complaining

large flies and fruit flies are invading the apartments because of the unkept trash area and dead rodents in the walls. the dead animals are attracting other animals and flies.

Poison ivy growing into neighboring yards. Health hazard.

Blight at 53 Carmel Street. there is garbage all over the property and sidewalks. garbage cans filled with dirt knocked over and all over sidewalk and street.

Overgrown lot, roaches and mice and mold in all upstairs apartments please help
