Missing cover on bollard installation - extremely dangerous tripping hazard could easily break a leg

Structural failure at Ralf Walker ice rink. The wood cross bracing between the trusses snapped in the 3rd bay.

Stone dust path in Q River Park abruptly ends into the muddy shoreline. Path needs to be diverted inland and connect to other path along the river.

Curb damage due to plowing at one corner of Melrose Dr and Hawthorne Dr and on Hawthorne, right hand side if turning from Melrose Dr, just before Hawthorne Dr side street.

Last year (spring 2023) SCG started a 3 phase project to replace the gas lines on my street (Sherland Ave). SCG completed 2 of the 3 phases, summary below:

- Completed placing the new lines in the street
- Completed the internal house gas line
- Open, they did not finish connecting & relocating the gas meter outside of the house

I have reached out to SCG but they have not called me back.

Questions
- Do you know when SCG will be completing the 3rd phase?
- Why there has been a delay?
- Who else should I contact?

Rain overnight caused flooding. Resident reports items from sewer floating in the street. Please inspect.

at least a 6" difference in surface levels of sidewalk creates a dangerous situation for pedestrians.
In addition the left side yard is filled with debris and junk, a shame because a nice job rehabbing the property

Stone dust path in Q River Park has sunk and is hazardous due to erosion. Rain and the tide washes the stone dust into the river. This area needs to be built up and a barrier placed near the water to stop the erosion.
