Parks RequestAcknowledgedEast Shore Park - East Shore
There is a giant chasm between the 2nd and 3rd pickleball courts. I didn’t have my phone so I didn’t get a picture of it, but just imagine a crack 2 inches wide and probably legions deep.
I twisted my ankle in it trying to retun a crazy shot my boyfriend hit. If I were a cranky old lady, I would want to sue the city. However, I am a woman of indeterminate age, so I’m exercising my civic duty by reporting it here. I hope the city will recognize my virtue by fixing the pickleball chasm.

Sidewalks and Curb damageAcknowledged115 Girard Ave East Haven, CT, 06512, USA - East ShoreHello,
The curbs in front of the house are broken and create a danger to the seniors getting off the bus.
They are all broken and need repair/replacement. Please tell us if there is any plan to pave any of our street sin the Morris cove/Annex area. We have many streets Stewart/Girard/Burr Street near airport that have not been paved in years. We have been forgotten in this neighborhood and the taxes are high here.
Thank You for you assistance in this matter!! -

Drainage RequestOpen121 Concord St New Haven, CT, 06512, USA - East ShoreDuring the rain, the drain outside 121 Concord st backed up to 6 inches over the drain itself and 2 to 3 inches above the surrounding road. It was enough to make trash cans unstable and block the drive.

State St New Haven, CT, 06510, USA - Town_GreenOn State St. southbound between Court St. and Chapel St., the painted markings in the street line contradict the road signs about which lanes are for turning and which are for continuing straight. This happens at two consecutive intersections, the turn into the parking garage and then the Chapel St. intersection. In each, the street signs indicate the right lane is right turn only, but the markings indicate the left lane is for turning and the right lane allows going straight. This is especially dangerous at Chapel as there is only one lane continuing after this intersection.
