    On Monday Nov 9th, Republic failed to pick up my recycling (blue container). I called them on Tuesday morning Nov 10th and they said they would pick it up that day or on Wednesday. They did not. I called again on Thursday Nov 12th and again they said they would pick it up that day or on Friday Nov 13th. They did not.
    I am paying the City of Edina to provide this service and Republic is your contractor. Would you please contact Republic and have them meet their contract commitments.
    If it is not clear, this a complaint!

    This fence is a terrible eyesore! It’s barely standing up, the paint is all chipped and many times it’s wide open so we all get to stare at piled up trash. Isn’t there a way for the city to demand the owner take care of his property? It’s really awful.

    This fence is an eyesore to the community. Please ask the owners of the shopping center to repair and paint it, it’s an embarrassment to all of us who live near it and does not help retain our property values. Why can’t the city enforce the owners to maintain their property!

    Edina Leadership,

    My name is Judith Crespo and I am being monitored as I have symptoms of CoVID-19. I am expected to stay indoors which I am happy to do but this construction is making me sicker. (Behind our Target between France & York.) The smoke/gases of this machine and work is blown into my building(and others too).

    To share further, this private construction constant noise that shakes my apartment I know has made people not stay indoors too. This construction is detrimental to our city right now as it is surrounded by apartment/condo complexes.

    Thousands of people live around it. I have a video I would like to share so that you can see, not only the smoke/gases but the noise they do that I know is making people leave their residence, this takes place everyday, all day, and it has been going on for weeks. I have had to get used to it and live with it but it does impact my ability to work from home because sometimes is so loud I can’t continue a conference call.

    Please help me keep our city healthy. Most residents in this area are elder. If the smoke/gases keep coming into my apartment is a hazard to me as an asthma patient and I will have to step outside my apartment and maybe get others sick since I am being monitored for Covid-19. I don’t want to, I love my city and my neighbors. Please help us. Blessings!

    At the top layer of the retaining wall at this address, many of the top course of bricks/stones are loose. Children are attracted to it and walk on the top of the wall. More mortar is needed to secure the loose stones.

    This retaining wall was built as part of the Tracy Ave reconstruction two years ago.

    Our neighbor has been redoing his deck for nearly three years. He also coverted the outdoor space under the deck into a shop including tarps to enclose it. I have attached the latest picture. I have to believe there is some ordinance regarding construction trash. I also believe e all the work going on in his house including the deck requires a building permit. The address is 6613 Gleason Road. I also will attach another photograph of the same sight this summer when he woke us at 2:00 AM running power woodworking equipments. This the view from our window

    The new lights at Arden Park are on 24/7. Is that by design or is there an issue with the photo sensor? This is a waste of energy and should be fixed. Please forward to whomever installed them and if they are defective should be under warranty. Thank you. Kathleen
