New construction on 4120 Grimes. Issue is on the south side of the house. Digging a long ditch, going east, to insert a large black tube. Other piece is going west. Consern is about drainage.

The residents at 4511 Wooddale recently installed (4) very bright lights in their back yard that are shining into our house at night. Please request that they cease using these lights at night or align with Edina code for lights in yards.

Someone keeps bringing their crap to this corner and leaving it. Thanks for picking it up. Looks like hell.

All Edina Public School athletic fields are closed and there is signage saying they are closed. Every afternoon and evening there are people on this field next to Kualman Field in Edina. Can EPD patrol this field more often and ask people to leave the field?

We ate dinner at the Hilltop Restaurant in Edina (5101 Arcardia Avenue) tonight and were shocked to see the place was packed. There wasn't an empty seat in the house and absolutely no social distancing. Even though I can appreciate the owner's desire to make a living, we are experiencing a deadly pandemic and rules are in place for a reason. I hope the city will do something about this in order to save lives. Please forward this to the appropriate office.

The construction site starts construction or moves equipment with loud machinery way before 7a. I just woke up again about 20mins ago to the backing of machines moving equipment from deliveries. Other days often they are already hammering too. Not sure what the city ordinance is. If is not me is my puppy they wake up. I just wanted to let you know. Blessings.

We noticed one of the 2 covers for water main shutoff is missing this morning after snow removal on our driveway.

This looks like discarded construction waste. There was a construction truck right on this site for several weeks but it’s gone and this large bag of trash is now here.

Under DIVISION 5. - NOISES DISTURBING THE PUBLIC PEACE, Sec. 23-122, I would like the city to assess the noises emitting from FilmTec (located at 5400 Dewey Hill Road) and Dewey Hill Condo Associates (located at 5501 Dewey Hill Rd). Both emit very loud fan and mechanical noises constantly. The noise is very disruptive to the community and disturbs the peace. All we can hear is the constant humming when outdoors. I also believe that FilmTec is especially offensive with loud mechanical humming that can be heard at great distances. Almost sounds like a bad bearing or fan going out. Please advise on what actions can be taken.

This evening while walking my dog on the path leading to the Edina Art Center, I saw that someone dumped a big chair into the woods adjacent to the arts center. They killed a lot of wild flowers.
