The buried vehicle sensors and stoplight timers stopped working properly, following the 3-hour power outage last week. They need to be rebooted or reset at this intersection. Up until now they always tripped the stoplight quickly but now it takes several minutes for the lights to change to green.

Edge of the street next to the storm drain in front of our home has cracked in the last couple of weeks, since January 1, 2018. Very concerning with the amount of rain we are receiving. The storm drain has water in it. Concerns about leaks and our home. Thanks.

Fresh mountain of dirt now deposited on public sidewalk by industrious wildlife excavating above or within the rock wall creating a pedestrian and bicycle hazard.

Fire hydrant protective post has been structurally compromised by impact

East side of 6th Ave NE on 152nd has lots of mud from vehicle/truck parking near existing fire hydrant. Would like to request gravel for the site to decrease mud and erosion. Thank you.
