It has been years since this issue hasn't been repaired yet. Rain or snow, there will be water for days and weeks until it sank to the ground. Create a disgusting area with muddy and slippery. I have a little kid that can't even go to our backyard due to bad smells

I have previously requested that the 3 storm drains at the intersection of Perry Ave and South Gannon Ave be cleaned. They are clogged and no longer accepting water. every heavy rain storm I run the risk of the sewer line backing up into my basement because the water is not draining properly. almost every storm drain on South gannon between bradley ave and manor rd is clogged with leaves and debris. please send a crew out here immediately to rectify this situation. I am tired of having my heart in my throat every time it rains.

Constituent described flooding within minutes of heavy rain. Street and accompanying lawns flood

The culvert behind 2 Dalemere road which diverts a creek underground into a storm sewer is clogged. The clog is at the culvert and somewhere else down stream in the sewer. The creek has overflowed its banks, through the yard of 2 Dalemere Road and crossed to the east side of Dalemere Road where it is now flowing down the street and sidwalk, down several driveways flooding mud into basements. The catch basin at 7 Dalemere Road cannot handle this wide river of water and is now clogged at the bottom. The storm water is bypassing the sewer and is flooding Chapin Ave. I cleaned the sewer grate before and after the storm. The top is cleared but is clogged underground. In 30 years this problem started 5 months ago and I’ve had flooding on 4 occasions now. The DEP closes each service request with not their problem but the landowners responsibility. It has stopped raining for over 6 hours and water is still flowing like it is still raining due to the clogged culvert and clogged catch basin

This is water coming out of street at 5 Eugene street. We spent $10,000 hooking up to sewers why is there water pouring out and going into my property. Obviously 5 Eugene street needs nyc to put a storm sewer drain in front of their property to catch water that is pumping out. Please address the issue

I wrote last year about the "River Glen" when we have heavy rains. I told about the asphalt breaking up. One spot was patched last year. After the rains we had last week more asphalt has broken up starting from the top of the block. I have lived here for 25 years and this has been an ongoing issue. I wish someone would come and investigate the storm sewer or lack thereof at the intersection of Castleton and Glen Aves. The water comes down Duer Lane from Forest Ave. crosses Castleton and comes in a torrent down Glen Ave. Starting from the top of the block the asphalt that was laid last year is breaking up and at the spot near my driveway during the last storm the asphalt was raised up so that cars tilted as they ran over. It receded when the water stopped but could there be underlying issues like a sink hole in the future? I do have videos of how the street looks like a river.
