Red light is broken westbound on Sturges Street approaching Crowell

Broken Green Light.

Cars are backed up along Arthur Kill Rd from this light to Ellis street. And in the other direction to North Bridge Street. These intersection need to be widened while the land is available and traffic lights need to be timed better.

The walk signal looks like it was damaged in a crash. It's crooked and one of the signal boxes is facing the pole

Ps 42 is a block away and this intersection needs to be a 4 way stop sign
To many accidents during the school year could be avoided and so many during school time for pick up and drop off with children around very dangerous intersection

My son is 4 years old and non verbal autistic. He and I cross this street every single day to get to Eden school located on St. Paul's. The walk signal does not work. It is very dangerous. People speed through the light all the time. There are always busses parked so you cannot see around them. There are many other families who cross this street to drop off and pick up their special needs children ages 3 to 12. This was addressed 10 months ago and nothing has been fixed!

Driving on Tyrellian Avenue towards Veterans Road West and trying to make a left turn especially on weekends is impossible, it takes 3 or 4 light changes to do so. cars turn to go onto the Outerbridge and to access Arthur Kill Rd. A left turn signal is needed. cars exiting Target and a home Depot make this important

wooden utility pole supporting traffic signal is leaning towards the roadway.

I sent a request in April for a light. Yesterday crossing the street my 8 year old daughter was almost hit by a car that came speeding around traffic. This needs to be addressed ASAP. I left a detailed voicemail on BP hot line as well. Every single day so many families and people are trying to cross this street and without a light a tragedy is inevitable. Please have something done before it is too late.
