Behind 7 Navy Pier Court there is a sidewalk that is considered part of the city’s property where lazy people are constantly illegally parking. There is a fading yellow message painted on the sidewalk that states “ Emergency vehicles only, no parking” is not very visible. During this pandemic can not safely walk their dogs or exercise on the sidewalk due to the illegally parked vehicles. Last week a young boy on a bike almost got hit by riding his bike. There needs to be visible signs or penalties for this vehicles.

see 311 on line 311-00380858. This is 1 of 3 reports I made of a serious dipping street condition near a catch basin that is dangerous. Vehicles are bottoming out and causing vehicle's to jump into other lane and this is evidenced by cuts and scuffs in the asphalt. Inspector called me from the location and indicated no action was necessary. Before a serious accident, injury or worse occurs raise the curb, raise and level the roadway and catch basin at this highly traveled intersection and crosswalk.

Speeding cars on Hylan blvd. All vehicles treat Hylan blvd like a highway over here. 50mph +. Cars, commercial vehicles and even mta buses speed through this part of hylan. There’s a lot of homes on hylan and there should be police presence or a speed trap. Someone is going to get hurt one day. Just 5 years ago a speeding car ruined a hotdog truck that used to park on hylan by the bay terrace bus stop. Also a bicycle motorist was killed cause a driver was driving fast and his hitched wasn’t chained and his boat came loose and killed a young girl that was biking with her mom. We need to get a h doe on this. Maybe Mr. Oddo could do something. Cause we know our absent mayor and his supposed vision zero will not do anything.

Everyday I pass the hospital. Staff and patients jay walk across bard Ave right where the entrance is to cross the street. There needs to be a cross walk and traffic safety devices for them. It looks very dangerous to not have one in this high pedestrian traffic area.

When the mt loretto school is dismissed the kids walk 8 across in the roadway. Those picking up the elderly at the elder care program, bus drivers and car service are harrassed as the kids from the school intentionally disrupt traffic and hit can kick all vehicles trying to exit or honk their horn. Police and School safety need to correct the condition as the school has not done anything to assist dismissal time.

Residents on Trantor place have had to deal with increased truck traffic since the Bayonne Bridge construction began several years ago.

The intersection of Trantor place and Innis St. is not built for a tractor trailers to be making wide turns.

On any given week day Trantor place is clogged with school buses, buses, tractor trailers and school children trying to get across Innis street to Port Richmond high school.

Can you please look into this situation and see if anything can be done to remediate it.
