    This man lives at 281 Beach Road He consistently takes shopping carts from the supermarket and brings them home Then proceeds to leave them in other peoples driveways This pic is from video security footage of him bringing the carts from his house and throwing them on the property of the house 2 houses over from his This is a NON-STOP problem with this man, as his entire property is covered in debri causing animal and rodent issues all over the block as well
