Homeowners are illegally doing contruction to the house digging and dumping the dirt onto the city street. Construction materials line up and down the street which is very dangerous for the children of the area

This is the garage size that is accommodating two cars on the new construction of EUgene street 10309 Who is the person responsible for approving this for9 houses 6/6 design Are you kidding me going to the newspapers to expose the corruption

Owner is using tree branch to wrap a rope and hoist construction materials

Digging with back hoes in yard ,along fence line No permits

Pile driving close to fence resulting in debris falling outside fence onto sidewalk .

Second complaint. Rusty long nails approx 10 per structure, sticking out of the wooden structures surround the trees that have been here for no reason for MONTHS

There are a number of little kids playing in the sidewalk every day. Accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. Please remove the tree boxes ASAP

There is a prohibition against anyone living in that house Issued by the City and plastered all over the door People are still living there electricity is still on This is posing a danger to the neighborhood because we don't know why the city condemned the building / might be faulty gas lines but for certain its been declared uninhabitable by the city and people are still living in there

Construction fence damaged / obstructing sidewalk 2 Hilltop Road 10312

Construction site has been abandoned since stop work order was issued on 5/17/2021. They crossed the property line and dug out the dirt from under my shed leaving no support for the concrete base, plus left a 2ft hole that my kids can fall into. Builder removed my gates and locked the posts for them inside his site, so I can't put them back up and people are wandering into my yard.
