    I just had parks department show up to follow up on a tree branch that is broken complainant I showed the man and when i saw him walk away I assumed he was getting a tool instead he left and i saw the orange vehicles with him all pull away when i went to check on them since my car was close by

    I have called 311 4 times in the last few months to have this city tree pruned or removed There are multiple dead branches hanging and hitting my home and falling on my cars below it in my driveway Yesterday a huge branch broke off and cracked my windshield and dented my hood in 3 spots The car is not even a month old!!! The city keeps closing out my request without coming to see it I'm afraid someone will
    get hurt as this tree is hazardous. I have lived here for 25 years and they are not taking care of this city tree in years! Can you please help me??I don't know what else to do I'm afraid the branches will fall on someone!!
