This guy is at the intersection of Bradley Ave. & North Gannon Ave. almost everyday panhandling and moving between vehicles while in a wheelchair. It’s an accident waiting to Happen.

Commercial Van illegally parking/blocking sidewalk “every evening” around 6pm-10am. Handicap, children are unsafely forced to walk onto street.

NOISE/DEP Complaint
Yesterday the DEP took off the manhole covers on College and placed them back. The one in front of my house is not secured. Whenever someone drives over it (all day and night) it shifts and makes a loud noise. My family was up all night. Please help. Thanks!

At the Vanderbilt/ South Fin Grill. They continuously block the bike / Pedestrians and become hostile when you bring it to their attention. Parks Enforcement does nothing about this vision zero issue.

Last week, workers who I believe were from Parks repaired PIECES of the sidewalk on Forest Ave near it's intersection with Silver Lake Park Road. I took a picture because it's impossible to describe. Why even bother?
Why would anyone patch small pieces there and leave the rest in such a dangerous state? The entire slab is dangerous and yet not the employees doing the work, their supervisors who checked the work, the person who placed the work order thought it might be better to fix it properly so they all went ahead and did crappy work. This is just incredible. Someone deserves (Probably more than one person) to be punished for allowing this!!!

This 7-11 does not recycle plastic

Fence practically fallen over into street and overgrown with weeds. Kids cut through yard to and from Pelton Avenue and one nearly hit darting out from yard. Safety concern. This is the corners of Regan Ave and Dekay street but it's the Rear of 417 Pelton Avenue

Did not receive any foodstamps. They gave me the money portion which is not enough to feed 3 children.

What are these?

Sand,weeds,garbage creating trip hazard on mall in middle separating directional lanes of Hylan Blvd between Richmond ave and Arden ave Long blocks far from crossing intersections so commuters and other pedestrians cross street in places where debris has built up from years of neglect Needs to be removed by DOT or Sanitation Thank you

This once beautiful park is a disgrace. The building is a mess. The tennis courts are horrendous. The lake is a mess it needs to be cleaned, dredged and restocked. The beautiful carousel has not opened in almost 2 years. The park is clean. Thank you to the few park workers. The South shore is getting new updated parks. Why is this park being ignored. We on the North Shore also want to enjoy our once beautiful park.
