    The drain in front of our house on the left side of the end of the driveway (if facing house) has not been draining well if at all. I don't think it is leaves, but there does seem to be a lot of dirt/rocks in the drain. I tried to dig out some of the dirt, but there is infrastructure and possibly fiber optic cable down there so I thought a professional utility person should check it out.

    I have constant water draining from my down spout/footing drain system that is not coming from my fresh water supply, It could be from the houses above me???

    One of the large, diseased, ivy covered maple trees in First Hill Park has shed a huge branch into my yard and crushed my boat canopy and cedar screen fence. My elderly father lives in the home and is not capable of removing tree or repairing damage.

    After the recent paving of E Mercer Way, I have noticed water seeping out the road embankment and running down the top of our driveway. Could a leak have been created during the paving? This never happened before the paving.

    Sam found a major water leak in the connection between your meter and the house line Wednesday. I expected a call yesterday. What's the plan to fix it? I said I had no property damage above. That doesn't count my wallet as I'm being charged for two cubic feet of water every hour dribbling into the dirt, and that adds up.
    Please give me a call and tell me what's going on.

    Plumber came to remove the blockage and stated that there is roots 85FT from our house near 6In Main. See report below;
    Cleared main line through pulled toilet
    3in access. Found and cleared
    blockage at 85 feet. Camera showed
    line blocked with roots in 6in piping in
    street area. Recommended cleanout on
    property and hydro jet to fully remove
    root mass. Customer is contacting city.

    My sanitary sewer had run slowly, as so I've dug up about 20 feet of the line from the house exterior to a point in my yard - it runs clean. I've also run a "rooter" (rental from Home Depot) approximately 70 feet down the rest of the line toward the street, to the point that the end of the cable is about 4 feet under the asphalt. That's as far as I could get it to go, and it feels like it is digging through dirt. I suspect that either the sewer is backed up and needs the trap to be cleaned, or I've got a collapsed line. I'm asking for an inspector to come out to look at the city sewer to tell me if the sewer is adequately clear that its not backing up into my sewer line. - Art Michel- 206 230 0475

    Several maple and a large hemlock need removal. I'm not sure if the trees are on City property or on my property. They may become a danger to property and life in the future. Please investigate.

    The City had Rhino Corp. restore the lawn area in front of our home at 7710 SE 22nd Place at the beginning of summer (after a temporary construction trailer and machinery was removed following new water main installations). The lawn seed did not take very well so I purchased a bag of seed and distributed it on the planting area and it is now taking hold. Can I be reimbursed for the grass seed (I have a receipt for $51.72) since The City stated the site would be restored? Kind regards, David McLaughlin
