    Egress: garage is only means of egress for non tenants renting parking space. Ramp is only egress. too steep, only single railing.

    Building violation: Hole and ramp cut into rear of 330 not permitted. Drain pipe from roof gutter rerouted without permit.

    nuisance for tenants and owners of the block. noise and view devalues property and quiet enjoyment of surrounding properties.

    I believe it to be illegal as well. Projecting out more than 75% of the Howard st curb width.

    Can this sign be removed?

    do not contact landlord first or have DBI harass and threaten me. (only a few employees are hostile, but most seem aware of problem.
