This house has been abandoned for a long time, and this easy access to the yard and back of the home is going to attract transients (a chronic issue under the Richland and Highland Bridges, just up the Path).
Please find the owners and make them shore up this fence before this becomes a major public safety hazard—we have already tried SFPD for help, but Ingleside Station Officer Adams said (after looking at the problem) that there was really nothing she could do, but acknowledged that the house is about to become a nuisance at

Not just drug dealing, but open prostitution and many instances of violence, harrassment of women passing by, and many reports of stolen property - we know of one specific instance where the PD arrested three people at this house and recovered a stolen motorcycle in the garage. We have organized a neighborhood group and have been trying to work with the PD to get this issue removed permanently, but the activity seems only to have increased.
