Street has water leaking from under cement in multiple places Water flowing freely

Water coming from this hydrant for days now.

Code has just closed the request as they claim it is not a code violation
Homeowner needs to adjust sprinklers by the culvert on Chestnut. For one it is not okay that people have to drive thru their sprinklers. Additionally water is eroding the road there..

The City closed the off he drains when they fixed a leaking water hydrant. Now there is not enough drainage. So this intersection foods every time it rains.

Blue cart lid is damaged and needs replaced.

Her old blue cart is torn down the side and leaking trash into the street.
She needs a replacement blue cart brought to her property.

road needs to be grade, and rock needs to be added, into the road. people are getting stock in the mud, and the mud, in some points, is up to 7 5" thick. having in mind this has been a gravel road for the longest time, I believe it really needs to be fixed.

I don't understand if this road is purposefully ignored when the grader comes through or what because it is rarely attended to. Your rock roads need at least biweekly grading because of the washboard conditions. I wish someone in charge had to drive these roads everyday because it tears up our vehicles and is a danger to traffic. There are 45mph speed limit signs which is a joke and should never be attempted on city maintained rock roads.

I really don't know what needs to be done but they can grade this road and in two days it is washboard again. We have a lot of traffic on this road and there is going to be a wreck someday. We can't even take our motor home out because last time we had our wind shield crack from the road.Years ago they put millings on the road and it was fine till they dug the ditches out and put the dirt on the road.
