    People at rental home blasts music violating city noise ordinance. Officers responding have not been able to permanently stop them because when the police leave they blast music again. COSF PD needs to put a plan in place to ensure they don't continue to break the law. They need to be fined because warnings are not resolving the issue. Please do what's necessary to get them to comply with the law.
