    this is absolutely ridiculous every time I place a complaint in this app and officers come out and this man does the same thing over and over again this gentleman is parking on the turn which is a safety risk he is parking on the turn that is a hazard and a safety risk for traffic it's a traffic violation he is impeding the flow of traffic by parking on the turn of where people have to pass please make sure that this man doesn't Park here anymore something has to be done to stop him from doing it he does it overnight and on the weekends when he thinks that the patrol officer for this area is not going to come around or officers are not going to do anything about it somebody needs to do something to stop this man from parking on the turn as individual who lives in the cul-de-sac it's impede in my flow whenever I'm going in or coming out the way he's parked on the turn and I am very concerned that at some point I may hit his vehicle
