    There are storage units being used as apartments at this location. There are also storage units where wild animals are being held in. The manager Kai Pegues refuses to address the issues raised to her and becomes extremely confrontational and aggressive with the public.

    At the intersection of Fairview Ave and Pearl St there are hedge rows on either side when approaching the stop sign and crosswalk as you are driving down Fairview from Enfield St. These affect the sight lines in both directions. In order to check Pearl St vehicle, bike & ped traffic, you need to pull forward almost into the street, completely blocking the crosswalk and it's difficult to view any pedestrians or bicyclists entering the walk - mostly from the right side. I recently had a bicyclist storm through the crosswalk assuming that I could see him and I could not until he was speeding through the crosswalk. Now that foliage is increasing, so is the risk.     Overgrown Field beside Peerless Way adjacent to Shady Oak Drive is infringing / overgrowing on my property. This blight required constant upkeep by homeowner several times a year. This field was supposed to be cleared over a decade ago and a buffer was to be planted. Mice from the field are coming into the property from the field. Homeowner invites town to visit my property to see what I have to see everyday.
