Grape Brook is at least three times its natural width. And there are running side channels and small pools where there was previously dry ground. There are at least four trees downed from the beavers and they’re working on more. We see two beavers every night behind our property swimming and eating bark. The water is probably now, at its closest, 2 feet from our fence. On the other side of the culvert there is a large bank lodge where the beavers live. They have created a pond on that side of St. James as well.

The yard is a dump.
There is a burn barrel in the driveway.
A car is sitting on a trailer with no wheels or engine, looks pretty insecure and they have small children living in the home.
In addition, it appears that the owner's "garbage" is spilling over into the neighbor's yard.
The property is just an unsightly disgusting mess having to drive by it at least twice a day to get to work.
I would also ask that the town take a close look at and into the garage on the property, I'm positive it's being used for things other than parking a car and most likely has several violations attached to it.

This property should be condemned

House appears to be abandoned. Rotting furniture with animals crawling in and out behind garage. Back lawn full of overgrowth, poision sumac, etc from not being moved at all since winter. Front porch full of trash. Side yard with piece of fence fallen down (not pictured) reveals the side yard hasn't been mowed either..

Overgrown weeds around dumpster

There are two pieces of furniture-Dresser & Glass Table that belong to 39 & 31. Been there for over a month. Tenants left and new tenants moved in. Owners should remove.
