House has been abandoned and yard is overgrown There is also a large amount of trash along the north side of the house

This property was cleared back in May and many structures were taken down (finally)! Since then it has not been mowed and the area is not only overgrown but it's also a place for weeds to grow and spread as well as fungus and disease. This is also an ideal location for mice, rats and other small rodents.

Please do not tell me that because of the rain it's been hard for the owner to tend to because everyone else in Enfield is trying to keep up with their mowing around the rain as well.

If this man can afford to purchase all these properties in town then he should be able to maintain them as well and the Town of Enfield should enforce this too.

It's an eyesore to say the least!!! I take pride in keeping my property cleared and all I'm asking is that this property is maintained as well.

House is blighted section of shakes and underlayment missing front door sill rotting all the windows missing casements and proper sealing missing. Woodpeckers have started pecking at the house due to neglect. House has been like that the last 2 years

Grass way over grown can't see coming out of wagon or when on post office going left into wagon, cars have to pull out into road to see if there is oncoming traffic!

The area between the two buildings has become a dumping ground for garbage. Not to mention the sidewalk never gets shoveled in the winter.

Peeling and missing paint, clap board damage, wind destroyed tent tangled in bushes, and junk in yard.

Over grown grass,ripped up dirt spots on side of house.

Town Blight Enforcer, please have the property at 375 Enfield St cleaned up. This is a continuously unkempt property. There is high grass, vegetation and garbage there. There is also a realtor for

Graffiti damaged that is now on the ground. I have contacted the owner ( Frank Troiano) several times to no avail. This neglected property only adds to the pervasive blight in the northern end of Enfield. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Concetta Arre

Front yard is eroding into the street. They park on side of house and isn’t a drive way so it’s cause I g the yard to erode. Also house hasn’t been repaired in years.
