    What is going on with trash collection? I have had my tippers out and nothing has been picked up. I now have 3 full recycle and a full trash barrel. I understand there is construction but if we need to put these out earlier than normal a heads up would be appreciated. What should I do? I tried to bring our trash to the transfer station and they refused it as well. Thx mike sakey 85 abbe , 413-977-2345

    This ticket was closed before I had a chance to reply. As of 17:30 on 9/29, they had not turned the barrels around. I tried to move them myself but they were too heavy, leaking sludge, and I almost vomited from the smell. I sent a family member of mine out to turn their barrels around. This should not have been our job to take care of. Now you can close your ticket.

    There are 2 large areas in the cul-de-sac of Belle Ave that are falling apart. All the asphalt that comes out of these holes ends up in my front yard year after year. This past weekend I filled 2 full wheel barrels of asphalt and had to discard. The road is now also sinking at the end of my driveway. I'm looking to have my driveway redone but don't want the end destroyed by the road sinking. I've called the past 5 years and nothing has been done. I have several photos but I was allowed to submit only 1. I understand the entire road doesn't need to be repaired, but at leave repave the circle.

    Due to people parking on the grass has created ruts and road is getting washed out. I put up the fence so hopefully should take care of that. This drains to a storm drain

    I don’t have any pictures as I’m not home, but from the Town trucks and the firetrucks and a lot of the heavy traffic that comes around the corner doing deliveries, the curving for the curb has been completely destroyed and is destroying my lawn. I have made this complaint to zoning in the past and they always keep shining this away and saying that this goes to the traffic control department I would like the curving redone. I understand that the road is being repaid for Belac, but not on this section it’s the other side even though I did request for all of Bell acre to be paved, but can’t win everything but I would like the curb fixed because it has completely collapsed and it is pushing my lawn back!!!! I also would like to see if the town could also install a curved guard rail right there as well because I don’t feel that the vertical post or crash post would suffice if somebody was to lose control coming down the hill and drive straight into my driveway

    The road is crumbling again all along the bottom of our driveway and leading to the driveway not being supported anymore and started to crumble. This has been a problem in the past and was patched up. but now happening again. There is also a long widening crack going perpendicular to the driveway across all of Oxford Drive that is widening and filled with dirt.

    The bump in the Eastbound lane, from road repair its extremely uneven. My car is getting unnecessary damage by this very poor quality road repair.

    Circle drive has several cracks going across the road from one side to the other, these cracks have gotten wider and hopefully you can crack seal soon before it gets worse. This road really isn't that old. Thank you

    This is a request to repave Abbey Rd from Taft Lane to Broad Brook Rd. This area of the road is extremely rough and detrimental to the suspension of cars which must drive over it daily.
