Town of Enfield PLUS

Frontier recently came out to service a residence and the following day a low hanging wire was spotted. We have called Frontier (2 weeks ago) and were given the run around because we don’t have an account with them. So I’m not sure the low wire was properly reported to them. Will someone in the town have better results? Thank you.

Laughlin Road is too narrow, especially at the curve, where visibility is the poorest in both directions, to see oncoming traffic, especially when two vehicles are passing at the same moment, including times when there are pedestrians and bicycles, using the road at the same time, needs to be addressed for Widening the road putting in center lines better signage at the curve a number of close calls with school buses, farm vehicles, work trucks, work, traffic, etc.

Basketball hoop is on the street again. This being the third time where according to previous comments, it was removed the previous two times.
Are these people not informed of the safety, liability, hazard and possible lawsuits they might face by a victim (if they choose) if something were to happen playing and leaving it on the side of the street?

Nine people including two kids living in this house. There has to be some kind of rule against this?

For roughly a week, I have noticed a foul odor in my neighborhood, which is Buckhorn Estates in Enfield. Specifically, I am on Kimberly Drive. I see that others are commenting online about it. One neighbor described it as a "burning plastic" smell. To me, it smells somewhat garbage-like and somewhat chemical like. But it is pronounced.

For the past 2 weeks I have had trouble breathing due to the smell coming from my neighbors property. They have multiple bird pens bordering the property line & every year more are added & the smell gets worse. I have spoken to them in the past & the only answer I get is "this is a farm & there is nothing you can do & I don't know what it will do to your property value". There is a dirty pool of water & a terrible smell lingering in the air from the bird $ animal.droppings. I cannot approach them anymore as it will turn out to be an argument & anything I say I get a reply "I cannot do that". I visited town hall and the health department a year or so ago & got shuffled from department to department with no resolution or help. I was told if I had someone renting a room then something might be able to happen which to this day does still not make sense to me. I cannot go on living every day here.with the smell getting worse every day. Please.let me know what can be done. Thank you

why are the dumpsters on the lawn right next to the swing set behind town hall? Shouldn't they be in a more appropriate place?
