    At the intersection of Fairview Ave and Pearl St there are hedge rows on either side when approaching the stop sign and crosswalk as you are driving down Fairview from Enfield St. These affect the sight lines in both directions. In order to check Pearl St vehicle, bike & ped traffic, you need to pull forward almost into the street, completely blocking the crosswalk and it's difficult to view any pedestrians or bicyclists entering the walk - mostly from the right side. I recently had a bicyclist storm through the crosswalk assuming that I could see him and I could not until he was speeding through the crosswalk. Now that foliage is increasing, so is the risk.     Pools are required to have a fence in area and or gated off section for safety. There isn't any safety measures set in place and knowing their are small children who swim and live there.
