Town of Enfield PLUS

The fence on the property where we rent is rotted and with the recent wind have blown over into the neighbors yard. There was a maintenance request put in to the landlord but no response. The fence is rotted, has rusted nails poking out.

The trash in the photograph has been sitting there for over a month. Although unpleasant to look at, the bigger issue is the awful smell it gives off.

Yard has not been mowed since last year

Couch has been on the curb for weeks.

Enough already! Can we get this yard mowed and cleaned up?

Have not brought trash barrel out for weeks, overflowing from bin and trash bags on lawn and driveway, lawn is overgrown and over 12 inches high. There are teenagers residing in this home with no oversight.

Over grown grass (2+ft). Front yard half mowed, back yard over 2ft tall. Hasn’t been mowed all year. Over grown bushes and brush laying in piles in front and back yard. Causing rodent problems to neighbors and excessive bunny population.

House is missing siding by garage.

3 years worth of decaying leaves and branches in the front yard.

Property has all kinds of junk on the right side if driveway. There is a open trailer overflowing with junk.
In front of the trailer is a couch, mattress, tires, 55 gallon drums, and a hot tub.
This is a ongoing issue at this property!
