Two couches have been in the tree belt for over a month.

The backyard of this abandoned house has become the neighborhood junkyard

a dresser and table top were left behind when tenants moved over 3 weeks ago. I have no way to contact the owner of the duplex

House has been abandoned and yard is overgrown There is also a large amount of trash along the north side of the house

Garbage and scrap all in rear corner of property R-25 . back of Tariff st . Squatter is living in 5a Northwood basement and owner says they have not raised rent or can control who lives in his property. Same man named Jamie has taken the kindness of the community and gotten to comfortable. This property owner is a good person overall and it's sad how people leach off the system and community. It's a child and dog community and the property line is of a community. Everyone shares the back yard . Small children and big kids can't play . My family and I cleaned that area 2 years ago and has been basically colonized by garbage. This community needs help .

overgrown past a 6ft fence. and more

homeowners moved out year and a half ago. Lawn has not been cut all year. Now see rabbits and mice coming from the property. Agent was contacted by me a week ago and still no action.

Garbage and scrap metal litter backyard. Kids getting hurt . This a shared backyard and one man used it as a scrap yard. It's a public safety concern. His unregistered car is leaking radiator fluid and other oils contaminating grass ,blacktop,and storm drain .

The grass area behind the Dollar General store along Colony Rd and Dover Rd has not been mown this season. There is also a section of fencing on the Dover Rd side that is falling down.
A branch from one of the trees that they cut down this spring is still hanging from the wires. This was referred to the utility co. months ago, but nothing has been done.

The sidewalks here are completely overgrown and almost impassable

This property was cleared back in May and many structures were taken down (finally)! Since then it has not been mowed and the area is not only overgrown but it's also a place for weeds to grow and spread as well as fungus and disease. This is also an ideal location for mice, rats and other small rodents.

Please do not tell me that because of the rain it's been hard for the owner to tend to because everyone else in Enfield is trying to keep up with their mowing around the rain as well.

If this man can afford to purchase all these properties in town then he should be able to maintain them as well and the Town of Enfield should enforce this too.

It's an eyesore to say the least!!! I take pride in keeping my property cleared and all I'm asking is that this property is maintained as well.
