This property has been severely neglected for years the grass is now up to about 3 feet and garbage on the side of the garage has been piled there for more years there are weeds an trees growing up against our fence and we suspect something is living under their shed and comes into our yard at night

It appears this is used as a rental property and has now again been vacant for several months

Tumbleweeds blow down the street and completely infest our property with tumbleweeds. Mr. Trianon needs to get it mowed. Thank you

Property owners have both passed away several years ago. I am unsure if the property ever went through Probate. Property was taken over by squatters for a few years during the Covid era, and the place has deteriorated considerably. A portion of the roof has been bare plywood for a few years, and there are 2 derelict mobile homes parked on the property. Additional pictures will be posted to show the extent of the deterioration without repeating all this already given info.

I just want to make clear that the mattress, the tarps, the construction debris and the long grass have been here since the beginning of my rental October 2023 and I’m leaving at the end of July 2024. The neighbors have been doing the grass along the sidewalk for me and I’ve been doing it even though it’s not part of my lease, but I’m not doing it anymore and it’s not my responsibility to get rid of the mattress, the tarps the construction debris and additional garbage that is the property owners and the landlord, Elaine J Smith, who resides in Groton Connecticut.

House appears to be abandoned. Rotting furniture with animals crawling in and out behind garage. Back lawn full of overgrowth, poision sumac, etc from not being moved at all since winter. Front porch full of trash. Side yard with piece of fence fallen down (not pictured) reveals the side yard hasn't been mowed either..
