    Rail trail leading to Veteran's bridge on Enfield side. Several guardrail boards for trail are detached and warped bending into the edge of rail trail. This could result in pedestrian injury (i.e. someone getting impaled by a board while riding bike and veering slightly off trail.). Requesting repair of boards to safe standards.

    Good morning,

    I’d like to submit a request for either a certified letter sent to the owners of 67 Fairview Ave or to help mediate a solution for lawn maintenance.
    Last year the police were sent to my house multiple times by my neighbor (Donna Hartman) because I mowed her lawn. I was unaware of the property line because the strip you see in the picture was never mowed. After I mowed the lawn the police showed up and told me not to mow her lawn and to call them if she doesn’t. I do think the police have bigger issues then Lawn maintenance hence why I am reaching out to the town.
    I tried to mediate this myself by asking her landscapers to mow that area twice and it continues to be unmoved.

    The basketball court at wallop school park has been like this for over a year. My kids use to shoot hoops all day at this park and now it’s all uneven black top that is unsafe and NIT taped off
