    A person at this residence is operating a pallet business out of the back yard. Everyday that it is not raining, they are banging nails, cutting boards, and blaring music causing an annoyance to the neighborhood. Can you please review and put an end to this if they are not supposed to run a loud business out of their residential address?

    At the intersection of Fairview Ave and Pearl St there are hedge rows on either side when approaching the stop sign and crosswalk as you are driving down Fairview from Enfield St. These affect the sight lines in both directions. In order to check Pearl St vehicle, bike & ped traffic, you need to pull forward almost into the street, completely blocking the crosswalk and it's difficult to view any pedestrians or bicyclists entering the walk - mostly from the right side. I recently had a bicyclist storm through the crosswalk assuming that I could see him and I could not until he was speeding through the crosswalk. Now that foliage is increasing, so is the risk.
